These general conditions of sale (hereafter "Conditions") are applied between the company Silver Trade (hereafter "We") and any professional (hereafter "You") who makes a purchase on the website silvertrade.eu ( hereinafter "Site").

These Conditions may be subject to changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

The applicable conditions are those in force on the day the order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services of the Site at any time.

We will inform people who have placed an order on the Site in advance.


Before submitting the order, you declare that you have understood and accepted these Conditions. By checking the box on the Site: "I accept the general conditions of sale" you unconditionally accept these Conditions and the relative confidentiality policy.

Any particular condition or condition of verbal or written purchase, resulting on any medium, may prevail over these conditions, except for our prior formal and written acceptance.

The fact that we do not make use of any of the provisions of these conditions at a specific time does not imply that we renounce to use any of these provisions subsequently.

The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:

Fill in the identification / registration form on which you will indicate all the required coordinates.

Complete the online order form with all the references of the chosen products.

Validate the order after verifying it.

Make the payment as required.

Confirm the order and its regulation.

Once the order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, which will summarize the essential elements of your order (ie a brief summary of the essential general conditions and the particular terms applicable to your order, quantity and packaging of the Products ordered, delivery date maximum, total amount due by you with details of the price, shipping and delivery costs and applicable taxes, shipping address, means of payment used).

We may not process purchase orders which have not given sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that we have not followed up on your purchase order specifying the reasons.


At the time of placing the order, you will be asked to open a user account on the Site and to provide some personal information relating to the entity in the name and on behalf of which you purchase the Products on the Site (nature of the entity, number of P .Community VAT). Once the account is opened, you can access the Account section at any time, to check the status, and to consult the history of your orders or to update your personal information. If the products presented on our site are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when sending the purchase form, we will communicate it promptly and in any case within ten (10) days to starting from the day following that in which you have sent us your order, the possible unavailability of the products ordered.

In case of advance payment, we will refund the amount already paid.


On the pages of the Site, the price of the Products is indicated in euros, excluding taxes and shipping

All product are exempt from VAT ( Operazione in franchigia IVA ai sensi art. - 1, co.54 ess. L. 190/2014 )  

We apply decreasing rates based on the purchase volume made for a single order.

Shipping and handling costs are not taken into account in the calculation of the base of decreasing rates.



For the payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping costs, one of the methods indicated in the purchase form of the site can be followed.

Payment by credit / debit card is made immediately on the day of the order.

We accept the following debit cards for online purchases: MasterCard® and VISA®. The bank account linked to your debit card will be debited immediately after order confirmation.

Payment by bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, the order will be kept busy until receipt of proof of bank transfer to be sent by email to info@silvertrade.eu no later than 10 working days after the order. Otherwise, the sales contract will be terminated with full rights and the order will be automatically canceled.

The dispatch of what has been ordered will take place only when the amount due is credited to the current account in the name of Angelo Scuro.

In accordance with decree N ° 2012-1115, in addition to the legal delay penalties (3 X legal interest rate) and in accordance with the GCS, a flat-rate legal allowance for reimbursement costs of 40 euros including VAT will be due by the customer to Silver Trade. There are no reductions in case of advance payment.


All transactions made on the Site are protected. Bank information relating to the customer (for example, the credit / debit card number or the expiry date) is encrypted by the SSL system, then managed by our financial partner.

At no time during the purchase process are we able to know the buyer's credit card number which is transmitted via a secure connection directly from the partner bank.

Your data does not pass through the Site and only the partner bank of our Site has access to this information.


The invoice will be sent by e-mail or postal service.


The Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated by you when the order is sent.

This address may be different from the billing address.


The delivery date that is communicated to you when the order is confirmed corresponds to the last delivery date. As far as we are concerned, we do everything we can to deliver the Products within this period so that you can appreciate your Products as soon as possible.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the calculation of delivery times will be effective from the date of receipt of payment on our bank account

The average deadline between sending the order and receiving the package is 10 working days. This delivery time is calculated automatically on the basis of existing orders registered before yours.


Products in the same order, packed in various packages, will be shipped simultaneously.

You will be informed by e-mail about the shipping day of your order.

In the event that the recipient is not present at the time of receiving the package, a notice of passage will be deposited in the letterbox. The recipient must contact the center indicated on the notice and agree on a date for a new delivery. If an appointment has not been made, the shipper will travel to the recipient's home a second time.

After the third delivery attempt, the package will be automatically returned to us. Upon your express request to our Customer Service, we will be able to re-ship the Products at your expense. We decline any responsibility for any damage to the Products due to additional transport.

For each order placed on silvertrade.eu, an delivery note will be issued which lists all the items shipped and which is placed in a closed envelope and sent together with the goods.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer when placing the order is authentic.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or, in any case, also altered in the closing materials. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery.

Once the courier document has been signed, you will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

The non-correspondence of the goods ordered with those delivered must be promptly communicated by sending an email to support@silvertrade.eu within a maximum period of 3 days following the date of receipt of the Products.


To calculate the delivery costs related to your order, we consider the total weight, that is the actual weight of the Products ordered, in addition to the weight of the shipping packaging and the value of the goods.

Shipping costs are based on the destination and the value / weight of the same. No additional costs are charged, the costs are exactly those requested by the shipper.

All delivery costs are calculated and indicated during the execution of the order.


If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the information relating to shipping or billing.
